Jackie’s Irish Strawberry Tree

Poem by Maggie Phillip

The following is the opinion and analysis of the writer.

We planted Jackie’s Irish strawberry tree on his first heavenly anniversary.

The beautiful sunny day was filled with love and grief,
and our hearts are still in total disbelief.

With a murder of a loved one, we live in a forever crisis.
My prayer is for God to comfort and guide us.

We believe that no one can kill our love.
We will see one another in Heaven above.
