Arizona Tax Credit

Claim your Arizona State Tax Credit and help those grieving the homicide of a loved one.

Earn a dollar for dollar tax credit on contributions up to $400 for individuals, or $800 for couples filing jointly! It is available for those who pay income tax in the state of Arizona and you don’t need to itemize to take advantage of this credit. To qualify, make a gift to Homicide Survivors before 11:59 p.m. on April 15th, then simply fill-out state form 321 (available below) and include it with your return.

CLAIMING A CREDIT FOR 2023

Step 1: Make a donation to Homicide Survivors by the April 15, 2023 deadline.

Step 2: Complete the Arizona Form 321 and include it with your tax return. Homicide Survivors’ Qualified Charitable Organization (QCO) code is 20972.

Visit the Arizona Department of Revenue website or speak with your tax advisor for additional information on how to file your 2023 taxes using your tax credit for donations  made to qualifying charitable organizations.

Donations made between now and April 15, 2024 may be eligible for the 2023 Arizona State Tax Credit. Click HERE to make a donation online.

Donations may also be made by check. Checks should be made out to “Homicide Survivors, Inc.” and mailed to 5049 E Broadway Blvd Ste 151, Tucson, AZ 85711
